Kylian Mbappe left the field in tears after suffering a horrific ankle injury during Paris Saint-Germain vs. Saint Etienne on Friday.
Mbappe was on the wrong end of a crunching tackle from Loic Perrin who received a red card for his nasty lunge.
Perrin's challenge sparked a huge brawl as players from both teams clashed with Mbappe rolling around in agony.
