Kylian Mbappé has become the fastest player in history to reach 50 Ligue 1 goals in the last 45 years after he scored a brace for Paris Saint-Germain against Nîmes.
Former Sochaux and Toulouse star Yannick Stopyra reached that feat at the age of 21 in December 1982, with Djibril Cissé coming close to it in October 2003 at the age of 22.
However, Mbappé has been able to smash the record in a brilliant season for PSG so far.
The 20-year-old French forward already equaled Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima's Champions League goalscoring record earlier this month, while he showed off a nifty bit of skill against Montpellier earlier this week.

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi recently told Le Parisien that there was a "2,000 per cent" chance that Mbappé and Neymar would not leave the club this summer.
"They will stay in Paris," he added.
"Many media, especially in France, claim that one would need to sell Neymar or Kylian.
"I want to confirm that Kylian and Neymar will stay here."
Will Mbappé win the Ballon d'Or in 2019?
