Good luck with that, mate.

Kim Jong Un, the absolute nutter with the atrocious haircut that leads North Korea, has a whole host of ridiculous plans and most of them involve Nuclear weapons.

However, it seems the 32-year old's plans also stretch to football.

North Korea currently lie in 126th place in the overall FIFA rankings but they are apparently placing so much emphasis on football, that they expect to produce players better than Lionel Messi. Clearly, they are aiming quite high.

The country have developed their own football academy known as 'The Pyongyang academy' which has had funding from FIFA in the past. The facility has 200 people who live there, ranging from aged nine to 15. They take part in football sessions on a daily basis as well as theoretical work in the classroom, with the rooms said to include images of former leaders of the DRPK.

Ri Yu-Il, a coach at the football school, is not short of ambition when it comes to producing players and improving the standard of football in the country. He wants players better than Messi and to be able to dominate world football. Dead easy that, mate.

Speaking to AFP, he said:

"We are training our students to become super-talented players who can surpass the skills of people like Lionel Messi.

"For now, I think we should dominate Asia and, in the near future, I hope that we will achieve global dominance."

However their men's coach Jørn Andersen, who played for multiple German clubs in his playing career, has a much more realistic view.

"No, I don't think they can make a Lionel Messi, but I think they can make good players for Asia.

"There are many talented players... but they always have to stay inside the country. They can't go out. When they are always playing inside (North Korea), it's difficult to create better players."

North Korea's big mission is happening then. Watch this space...
