Khamzat Chimaev Boasts He Could 'Smash' Brothers Jake And Logan Paul In One Night

The MMA prospect is making waves in the UFC, and he has now claimed he would make light work of the YouTube stars.

Fresh from a statement win at UFC 267, rising middleweight star Khamzat Chimaev has become the latest MMA fighter to publically call out both Logan and Jake Paul.

However, unlike in previous call outs, the 27-year-old has pledged to take care of both famous brothers in one night, despite not exactly being known for his striking or boxing ability.

Chimaev moved to 10-0 as a professional fighter two weeks ago in Abu Dhabi, after a first-round submission victory over Li Jingliang - who also came into the bout with a perfect record.

The man from Chechnya got everyone talking in the immediate aftermath, with comparisons inevitably being made to his all-conquering compatriot (of sorts), Khabib Nurmagamedov.

And yet, with UFC title fights now on the horizon for Chimaev, he is also seemingly keen to put the Paul brothers in their place.

In a recent tweet, he claimed he would "smash" both men in one evening, explicitly stating that he would do so in the boxing ring - rather than the octagon.

Both Jake and Logan, who rose to fame on Vine and latterly YouTube, have made waves in the boxing world this year following some high-profile match-ups.

Logan fought all-time great Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition bout earlier this year, while 24-year-old Jake has already beaten MMA stars Tyron Woodley and Ben Askren in 2021.

The younger Paul brother is now getting ready for a December fight against Tommy Fury, while Logan is rumoured to be negotiating terms over a possible clash with 'Iron' Mike Tyson.

Neither has mentioned Chimaev as a future opponent yet, but if the Russian-Swedish brawler keeps on winning in such dominant fashion, he may soon rise to the top of Jake's hitlist.

The young American, from the state of Ohio, frequently cites Conor McGregor as his top target to one day box; but in Chimaev, the UFC has a man with enough potential to also become a global superstar of the sport.

Do you think the Swede could 'smash' both brothers in one night?
