Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez has snubbed Premier League defenders when it comes to talking about his toughest opponents.
Hernandez, who now plays for Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen, spent four seasons at Manchester United earlier in his career.

However, despite lining up against John Terry, Vincent Kompany and Laurent Koscielny during that time, the Mexico international thinks the toughest centre-backs he's faced have played abroad.
In a social media Q&A this afternoon, the Mexico international picked out Thiago Silva, Giorgio Chiellini and Carles Puyol as the defenders he made the most difficulty against.
Interestingly, as well as no English-based players making Hernandez's list, the forward also left out the likes of Mats Hummels, Jerome Boateng, who he will have battled with in his time playing in Germany.

You can't argue too much though, as after all, he is the one who has played against the defenders so he's probably in a decent position to decide his toughest opponents.
