Jan Oblak is comfortably one of the best goalkeepers in world football and one particular statistic illustrates how good he is between the sticks.
After keeping Real Madrid at bay in Sunday's derby at the Santiago Bernabeu, it's emerged that the Slovenian shot-stopper has kept 72 clean sheets since the 2014/15 season - and even more impressive is the fact he has conceded 71 goals in that time-frame.
In this day and age in football, with all the quality of attacking players, it's genuinely astounding that he has more clean sheets than goals conceded.
Though Diego Simeone's rock-solid backline also deserve a fair share of the plaudits for their contributions in the excellent defensive record the team has achieved.
The blank against Real was his fourth of the season so far, with the former Benfica man looking to better his best tally of 24 clean sheets in 2015/16.

Despite his incredible vein of form, the 25-year old was overlooked from the FIFPro World XI shortlist for the recent FIFA awards, with two former Atletico goalkeepers getting the spotlight shone on them. David De Gea made the team and Thibaut Courtois, now at Real Madrid, was named the best goalkeeper of the year.
When Simeone was asked about his No.1's omission a couple of weeks back, he didn't mince his words.
"Oblak is among the best three in the world, not being in that group gives you little credibility," he is quoted as saying.
"The world talks to Oblak as the best goalkeeper."
