Sky Sports' pundit Jamie Carragher has apologised after a video of him spitting at a Manchester United fan and his 14-year old daughter in a car on Saturday emerged online.
In footage obtained by The Mirror, the former Liverpool defender was driving in his car and being goaded by the United fan after the 2-1 defeat at Old Trafford, which he was in attendance for.
The supporter was heard saying "Unlucky Jamie lad!" and "2-1!".

After the supporter wound his window down, Carragher reacted by spitting towards them.
In the clip filmed by the Dad, the girl says "He spat on me" and adds, "On my face" when he asks where it hit her.
Carragher has since issued the following apology on Twitter:
The former England international made no excuses for his conduct and said he lost his rag after being goaded on a number of occasions on the motorway.

As per The Mirror, Carragher phoned the girl to apologise to her last night and acknowledged he had lost his head.
"It was a bit more than, 'Hiya Jamie, it was 2-1'," the 40-year old said.
"It went on for two or three times. I drove away at first and it just continued. I lost my head. I shouldn't have done it but I was thinking what is a grown man doing, carrying on like that two or three times with his daughter in the car?"
More to follow.
