James Milner's feeling towards Manchester United were made abundantly clear prior to Liverpool lifting the Premier League trophy last night.

The Reds finally got their hands on English football's top prize after a 30-year wait, as Jordan Henderson hoisted it up high in a special ceremony following the thrilling 5-3 victory over Chelsea at Anfield.

But seconds before Henderson did the trophy lift, Milner, who won his third Premier League title, was heard calling rivals United "f***ng w***ers" on a live stream from one of the players.

A staunch Leeds United fan and then player, the former Manchester City midfielder was explaining how he was finally happy to enjoy seeing some red ribbons on the Premier League trophy.

In a video doing the rounds, Milner said: "First time I ever wanted a red ribbon. It's always been United before. F***king w***ers."

Milner would then get his hands on the trophy yet again and added to an already impressive collection of medals received during his career. The former England man has genuinely won everything in the game.

He even reserved the trophy a spot next to him on the coach home and took a selfie with the piece silverware.

Having seen his beloved Leeds win the Championship and achieve promotion back to the top flight before getting his hands on the Premier League trophy for a third time, it's been a good few days for Milner.
