During his storied career, Ian Wright came up against several of the world's best goalkeepers and, more often than not, got the better of them.
In a recent interview with Squawka the Arsenal legend confirmed that the two goalkeepers he would most like to come up against in the modern era are Manuel Neuer and David De Gea.
Now, we wouldn't begrudge Wright choosing two easier targets, such as erratic ex-Spurs stopper Heurelho Gomes or accident prone Liverpool 'keeper Simon Mignolet, as the ex-England striker would likely have a field day against the pair of them.

However, Wright has instead opted for the two custodians many believe are the best pair in the world. And Wright believes, out of the two 'keepers, Neuer is the one who would present him with his best goal scoring opportunities.
"I think there is more of an impulsiveness about Neuer than there is about De Gea, there would be more of an opportunity with the impulsiveness of Neuer."
