How Manchester United Players Feel Towards Alexis Sánchez Is Worrying News For Him

It's another dark chapter in the career of Alexis Sánchez, especially with how his Manchester United teammates feel towards him.

Alexis Sánchez's football career is taking a turn for the worse each and every week.

The 29-year-old Manchester United star has failed to replicate his form from his Arsenal days, but it seems like it is becoming more problematic for him during his time at Old Trafford.

According to Unibet's Manchester United correspondent Andy Mitten (via the Daily Mirror), the Chilean international has been a 'quiet figure' when he reports for training at Carrington in the last couple of weeks.

When it comes to his teammates, they don't seem to have a problem with the United star's professionalism.

However, it looks like the bigger issue stems from the fact that he 'doesn't stand out on the training ground.'

It has previously been reported that Sánchez apparently has only three friends at the club, with his future at United continuing to remain uncertain and rumours suggesting that he would want a move to Paris Saint-Germain in January.

Sánchez's dip in form has affected his international career, too. In fact, it was reported that the United forward was acting very strangely.

"Far from that rude leader, a silent Alexis Sanchez," Cristian Barrera wrote for La Tercera. "The Manchester United striker is silent, something that is repeated with his weak presence in the Premier League.

"And although in Pinto Durán he has always been one of the most reserved, yesterday he was even more so.

"After the session ended, the former Udinese player went to sit on one of the benches near the training pitches. He was alone for at least half an hour, while, for example, [César] Pinares, [Óscar] Opazo, [Nicolás] Castillo and [Lorenzo] Reyes played tennis-soccer.

"Only at the end Junior Fernandes approached, perhaps one of his greatest friends football has given him. From the Chilean camp people tell that Alexis is undoubtedly seen as a leader in football, within the pitch, but little in the group."

Are Sánchez's days numbered at United?
