Arsenal right-back Hector Bellerin has withdrawn from the Spain Under-21 squad after suffering a bizarre injury,

Arsenal fans have already been rocked by news that Alexis Sanchez pulled up in Chile training and now news has emerged that Bellerin has pulled out of the squad and was replaced by Sunderland's on loan defender Javier Manquillo.

And it appears the reason for Bellerin's withdrawal is a bruised ear, with the player posting a picture of what looks like a nasty injury, on Snapchat.

Bellerin suffered ear injury in the 5-0 win over Estonia on Monday but will not be in action for upcoming games against Austria.

Arsenal fans will be hoping he shakes off the injury by the time the big showdown with Manchester United rolls around after the international break.
