Harry Kane's 'Dangerous' Tactic Has Been Compared To Horrific Incident In K-League
Harry Kane's dangerous tactic has been compared to a horrendous and fatal incident in the K-League.
For a while now Spurs striker Kane has been incredibly dangerous in situations when a defender is challenging him in the air and a video of his antics has circulated online.
Arsenal defender Gabriel, Aaron Cresswell and Adam Lallana are just a few of the players to have suffered nasty falls as a result of Kane backing into them without making an attempt for the ball but knowing exactly what he is doing.
Kane, who Jamie Carragher described as "the most streetwise player in the Premier League", has even won a penalty because he made it look as though he was the one being fouled as the opponent went to attack the ball.
But his move runs the risk of seriously injuring an opponent, as seen in a carbon copy over in South Korea.
Lee Seung-Mo was playing for Gwangju FC against Daejeon Citizen in a K-League play-off in 2018 and fell in similar fashion to what we have seen in the Premier League in recent times.

The landing was just horrific and it later emerged that Lee broke three vertebrae in his neck and fractured a finger as well as briefly losing consciousness.
Refsupportuk, an organisation who give advice to referees, have said Kane's approach needs to be addressed as it could see youngsters follow his lead.
This is an Interesting point. Like Jack Grealish and his socks, Ronaldo goal celebrations and a Cruyff turn, grassroots players will mimic what they see on TV. This however, is a dangerous Tactic that needs addressing. https://t.co/UcsVyhMvU4- Refsupportuk (@refsupportuk) December 7, 2020
`When Kane has tried the maneuver with Manchester City's Fernandinho in the past, he ended up with the Brazilian landing on top of him and hitting with a very deliberate elbow.
