Newcastle left-back Jetro Willems unleashed a rocket of a strike to beat Adrian and deal an early blow to Liverpool at Anfield.
Christian Atsu brought down a long ball nicely and perfectly slotted it into the path of Willems out on the left.
And the 25-year-old Dutch defender cut the ball inside of Trent Alexander-Arnold before firing a thunderous shot into the top-right corner of the net.
And Newcastle fans have flooded social media with praise for his superb technique and excellent finish.
According to Squawka, Willems has scored his first Premier League goal with his first shot on target in the competition.
