Gareth Bale's stunning move to China has collapsed after Real Madrid 'called the deal off,' according to shocking new reports.
The Madrid wantaway, 30, was told that he could leave Los Blancos in the summer and was verging on a deal to sign for Chinese Super League side Jiangsu Suning.
But BBC Sport's David Ornstein has said that the Welsh winger is set to remain at Madrid as 'things stand.'

He tweeted: "Exclusive: Gareth Bale's proposed move to China is OFF. As things stand, he will be staying at Real Madrid #RMFC.
"Understood Real Madrid called the deal off #RMFC."
Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane, 47, revealed after his side's pre-season defeat to Bayern Munich that the Welshman was close to leaving the club.

"We hope he leaves soon," the Frenchman said.
"It would be best for everyone. We are working on his transfer to a new team.
"I have nothing personal against him, but there comes a time where things are done because they must be done.
"I have to make decisions. We have to change.

"The exit is the coach's decision, and also of the player, who knows the situation.
"The situation will change, I do not know if in 24 or 48 hours, but it will -- and it's a good thing for everyone."
But the Wales international's agent, Jonathan Barnett, didn't
take too kindly to the comments made from 'Zizou.'

"Zidane is a disgrace to speak like that about someone who has done so much for Real," he said.
"If and when Gareth goes it will be because it is in the best interest of Gareth and nothing to do with Zidane pushing."
Bale, who moved to Madrid in 2013, played in his side's 7-3 thrashing at the hands of Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
But many fans believe the former Tottenham Hotspur ace enjoyed the defeat as he was spotted laughing at Zidane when they were 7-1 down.
