Liverpool fans wanting to troll rival fans about their sixth European Cup victory will be unable to do so on FIFA 20 Ultimate Team.

For reasons unknown, 'We won it 6 times' is censored and therefore unable to use as a team name on FIFA 20's most popular game mode.

The bizarre bit of censoring was brought to our attention by MattHDGamer in a new video on his YouTube channel.

Matt, a staunch Liverpool fan, tried to taunt his Manchester United-supporting mate when they were playing each other on Ultimate Team and stumbled across the strange myth.

EA Sports have censoring in place so that any expletives or offensive language but doing it to stop Liverpool fans goading other rival supporters is a tad weird.

Their censoring policy has been a tad questionable over the years now. A couple of years back, fans on the FIFA subreddit spotted that one kit isn't exactly suitable for a game with a PEGI rating of three.

The kit in question is the black Catfish and the Bottlemen themed strip which was part of the special edition artists FUT kits pack available to all those who pre-ordered the game.

EA must have failed to spot that on the sleeves on the Catfish special kit, is two people messing with one-another's private parts.

What's more, on FIFA 19 some of the players actually drop the f-bomb

Reddit user u/jl94x4 dropped a video of Gareth Bale swearing after he missed a crucial chance in a game against Atletico Madrid - with the Welshman appearing to utter "f**k me".
