Meet The Centre-Back Who Has 88 Pace On FIFA 22, His Card's Unreal

Introducing Maxence Lacroix who has a pace rating of 88 on FIFA 22. It really puts Virgil van Dijk's pace rating to shame.

The Liverpool defender somehow only has a pace rating of 78 in the latest installment of the popular franchise.

That means Pepe - yes, the 38-year-old veteran who plays for Porto, is QUICKER than Van Dijk as well as Chelsea's Antonio Rudiger.

But Lacroix is a speed demon on FIFA, boasting a blistering 88 pace - with an overall rating of 79.

The Wolfsburg defender, 21, is also equipped with an 80 defence and 77 physical.

Needless to say, Lacroix's FIFA 22 card sent social media wild, but not everyone's a fan.

One tweeted: "You're telling me that Defenders overall are faster than attackers this year?"

A second wrote: "So this guy Lacroix is faster than Rudiger. Are you serious?!"

A third added: "Mendy, Varane, Lacroix, Mbabu, Lloris back line. Oh no."
