FIFA 19 isn't officially released worldwide until next Friday but David Meyler has already got a head-start on us by assembling a quite sensational squad on Ultimate Team.

The Reading and Republic of Ireland midfielder is well into his FIFA, regularly posting content on his Twitter, YouTube and Twitter channels.

He's managed to get some playing time on EA Sports' latest game before it hits the stores and his team is just silly good. It's took 24,000 FIFA points and plenty of packs to get it but his team looks set to cause some serious damage.

Pep Guardiola is his manager and he's using a 4-3-2-1 formation which comprises of three central midfielders. David De Gea, the highest-rated goalkeeper on the game, is in between the sticks, playing behind a strong Real Madrid-Man United heavy backline of Antonio Valencia, Cesar Azpilicueta, Sergio Ramos and new five-star skiller, Marcelo.

His midfield us made up of players from the two European giants; Luka Modric and Casemiro are teamed with Paul Pogba to give a very tasty yet balanced centre of the pitch.

Then we have the deadly front three. PSG stars Neymar and Edinson Cavani are joined by George Best's spicy 88-rated Icon card.

The XI looks so fun to play with and we've not even touched on his bench - which contains the likes of Raheem Sterling, Ivan Perisic, Gabriel Jesus, Roberto Firmino and Isco.

It's a five-star, 88-rated squad - and one that has already seen a bucket-load of success. At the time of writing, Meyler has played 47 games and won 43 of them, which would suggest he's adapted to the new game very quickly.

Soon he will also have his own 99-rated pro card to throw into the mix, though he's not too sure where he'll fit himself in.

On FIFA 17, FIFA released a number of special green cards to celebrate St Patrick's Day.

The 'Pot Of Gold' squad builder challenges allow you to open some of these rare cards, with Meyler being one of them up for grabs.

Meyler only went and packed his very own, special edition FIFA card and his reaction was brilliant.

No doubt Meyler will be posting plenty of FIFA 19 content so be sure to keep an eye on what he's up to...
