109,000 People Want The Chinese Super League To Come To FIFA 19

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that a lot of people are desperate for the Chinese Super League to be added to FIFA 19 but a voting poll from fan site FIF Play well and truly highlights the interest in the mega-rich league becoming playable in the mode.

It's comfortably the most wanted league by FIFA enthusiasts, mainly because so many big players are not on the game without it.

Axel Witsel, Oscar, Hulk, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Anthony Modeste, Yannick Carrasco, Javier Mascherano, Renato Augusto, Hernanes, Jackson Martinez and Alexandre Pato are just a host of some of the high-profile names to be playing in the Chinese top tier - and therefore absent from the FIFA franchise.

Several of the aforementioned players have also been huge fan favourites when they were on the game, furthering the need for the league to be introduced.

At the time of writing, FP's poll on the league players want to see in FIFA 19 the most has garnered a whopping 2,093,267 and unsurprisingly, the CSL leads the way with 109,005 votes.

The Turkish second division isn't too far behind though, having accrued 107,628 of the voting, 132 votes more than what the United Arab Emirates league garnered.

A number of the Women's national teams have been introduced in recent times but 84,722 people want the Women's Bundesliga to be introduced when September rolls around.

The Czech league is currently in fourth place on 79,642, while the Israeli league is not far behind on 79,465.

77,754 have opted for the Egyptian top flight, 75,593 want the Indian Super League to come to FIFA 19 and 71,719 want the Kazakhstan league - with the top ten completed by 67,388 electing to pick the Indonesian league.

Several other interesting options, including the Women's Super League and National League Conference, are available in the poll, which is still running.

It appears as though EA have swooped in to claim the rights to the Champions League and Europa League for FIFA 19, but will they finally acquire the Chinese Super League as well?

Here's hoping it is the case...
