Arsene Wenger's Arsenal side were humbled by Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley, and the fourth official added to his humiliation with what he said to the Frenchman.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang missed a sitter early on for the Gunners but from then on City, who didn't really need to get out of second gear, were comfortable winners courtesy of goals from the "old-guard" trio of Sergio Aguero, Vincent Kompany and David Silva.

And Wenger was trolled by touchline official Graham Scott when he asked why he questioned the amount of added time allocated.

He shed light on the exchange in his post-match press conference:
