Manchester United bounced back from a devastating defeat to bottom of the league West Brom last weekend to secure all three points on Wednesday night.

Chris Smalling and Romelu Lukaku, who bagged his 27th goal of the season, gave United a deserved victory against Bournemouth as the likes of Paul Pogba impressed after a heavy amount of criticism.

Even Jose Mourinho was impressed with the performance at Dean Court.

In his post-match interview, Mourinho was certainly complimentary with the win, saying: "Everything was faster, everything was simple. Every player on the pitch was positive."

Paul Pogba was given the backing of his manager last night and another player who got a chance to prove himself on the pitch was Marouane Fellaini, who has also been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford.

Mourinho gave Fellaini a place in the starting line-up and he completed the full 90 minutes with a solid performance.

He even gave EA Sports something to think about when he performed the 'Ronaldo Chop' skill move during the game. Poetry in motion.

Shortly after he bamboozled the Bournemouth midfielder, people began to suggest that he should have 4/5* skill moves on FIFA 19 and we can't disagree.

Give the people what they want, EA.

This really is a 'what a time to be alive' moment.
