Micah Richards surprised Roy Keane on their road trip down to Wembley by picking up Gary Neville during the latest episode of their hilarious Sky show.

The two Sky Sports pundits have incredibly 'teamed up' for the drive down to London for Euro 2020 this summer.

The duo's Road to Wembley series debuted on Sky Bet on Monday and the show has been met with an overwhelmingly positive response from fans.

During the action-packed second episode, Richards and Keane revealed who they would invite to a dinner party and respectively named their favourite films.

Fast-forward to the fifth episode as Richards and Keane finally arrived at Wembley ahead of England's Euro 2020 opener against Croatia on Sunday.

The latest episode, which was uploaded to Sky Bet's YouTube channel, took a surprising twist when former Manchester City right-back Richards pulled up the car to pick up Neville.

An ecstatic Richards welcomed the Manchester United legend's arrival before Keane hilariously accused his former teammate of 'turning up late.'

During the thrilling road trip, Richards and Neville shared their optimism for England's Euro 2020 campaign.

However, an unimpressed Keane hilariously interjected by asking for him to be dropped off by the side of the road.

"I think we've got the best manager [Gareth Southgate] we could possibly have for an international team," Neville said.

"I think he understands international football like the back of his hand. He understands tournaments, Gareth, I think he's got massive experience in tournaments."

Keane, Neville and Richards finally arrived at Wembley after a thrilling five episodes to the series.

Richards will be a pundit for BBC at the Euros alongside the likes of Thierry Henry and Alan Shearer.

Keane and Neville, on the other hand, will team up for ITV's pundit team alongside the likes of Ian Wright and Graeme Souness.

While Richards and Keane's road trip to Wembley appears to have come to an end, fans have expressed their desire to see more of the duo's brilliant on-screen chemistry in another series.

One fan posted: "You can't stop doing these! Please just send them on a road trip across Europe for the next Champions League tournament or something."

While another wrote: "Hope these episodes never end."

Someone else said: "There needs to be one on the journey back where they recap the Euros and look back at their predictions, etc."

And a fourth added: "I would pay a lot of money to see this continue in some format."
