RB Leipzig manager Ralf Rangnick has introduced a mental new method of deciding how players are punished if they fall foul of club rules and regulations.
While it's standard procedure for a fine to be issued at most clubs, Rangnick, who is in his final season in charge of the club before Julian Nagelsmann takes over, has decide to spice things up a bit with a 'wheel of fortune'.
Players have to spin if they are late, use their phone during in training or turn up overweight.
According to BILD, he decided to switch things up a bit after coming to the conclusion that fines weren't doing the trick. His assistant, Jesse Marsch is said to have come up with the idea. It's nice and simple: guilty players simply spin the wheel and whatever it lands on, they must do the forfeit given.
No.4 gives you a lucky free pass but some of the others are outrageous - ranging from training in a tutu to working a three-hour shift in the club shop or 30 minutes serving food in the team cafeteria.
