Jurgen Klopp pulled out his best Rocky Balboa impression by hilariously screaming Adrian's name after the Liverpool shot-stopper's heroics in the Super Cup.
The Liverpool new boy, 32, stepped in for the injured Alisson and rose to the occasion when he saved Tammy Abraham's effort in the penalty shootout.
When reporter Des Kelly asked Klopp about Adrian's Liverpool debut, the German coach responded: "What a story!

Sylvester Stallone's Rocky famously called out to his wife, Adrian, after his fight with Apollo Creed in the 1976 classic.
The Liverpool boss has claimed his second piece of
silverware with the Reds after their Champions League success last season.

And the German coach, 52, came charging onto the pitch when Adrian denied Abraham from the spot kick and rushed towards the Liverpool shot-stopper to celebrate their victory in Istanbul.
Following on from the match, Klopp praised the 32-year-old Spaniard for keeping his "nerves together" between the sticks.
He continued: "He's loud in the dressing room already. I don't think he's won a lot in his life so it's good for him to win it.

"He made some unbelievable saves, both keepers did, so I'm really happy for him."
Olivier Giroud opened the scoring for Chelsea in the first
half of the Super Cup clash, but Sadio Mane pulled Liverpool level in the second half
and forced the match into extra-time.
The 27-year-old Senegalese winger would put Liverpool ahead in extra-time.
Liverpool star Virgil van Dijk almost had the chance of grabbing the winner, but Kepa Arrizabalaga denied him with a world-class save.

But Jorginho, who had his name misspelt on his shirt, would fire home an equaliser from the spot kick and force the match into a penalty shootout.
Klopp praised his men for their hard-fought victory over the Blues in Turkey.
"It was a very difficult game for both teams. It was all about winning it and we did that in the end," he said.
"Nobody in the stadium wanted extra-time, it was a killer. I'm not sure about the penalty but who cares now.

"We started well then dropped off... we could talk about football but it's too late now. We had to fight and the boys did tonight."
