If you don't place 100% faith in Garth Crooks' football analysis and opinions, are you even a proper football fan?
The former Spurs man, who has spent the best part of the past two decades chatting incomprehensible bollocks about the beautiful game, is one of the most strangely endearing pundits on television, mainly for the outlandish, sweeping statements he so often makes and, of course, his completely inability to select a Team Of The Week that makes any fucking sense whatsoever.
Crooks' latest comments, on the state of Alberto Moreno's defensive abilities and what they mean for Liverpool's long term future, are particularly hilarious, especially considering that Jurgen Klopp's men won 4-3 away at Arsenal, yesterday.
"Jurgen Klopp is not averse to spending money if the talent is available. Having spent it wisely on Mane, he should seriously think about selling striker Christian Benteke - as he is surplus to requirements - and buying a decent left-back.

You read that correctly. Not struggle to mount a serious title challenge or maybe fail to make the top four, Garth Crooks believes Alberto Moreno will get Liverpool relegated. How has his bloke escaped a knighthood for so long?
