Liverpool star James Milner has criticised VAR after the Reds' 1-1 draw with Brighton on Saturday, admitting that it is making him fall 'out of love with the game'.
The Merseyside club felt hard done by after a VAR decision gave the Seagulls a late penalty, with Pascal Gross grabbing Graham Potter and co. a point.
Earlier in the encounter Liverpool had had two goals disallowed, as well as the one that counted from Diogo Jota.

After the match ended both manager Jurgen Klopp and Milner's teammate Andy Robertson showed frustration with a busy fixture list that has helped to cause an injury crisis in the squad.
Milner himself came off with a hamstring injury during the stalemate, and it is unknown when he will be able to return.

In addition to the injury woes, Milner showed disenchantment with the situation regarding VAR. The system has been controversial since being introduced, but this season has hit new peaks of frustration due to handball and offside decisions.
The versatile ace has already hung his boots up from international football, and at 34-years-old may be thinking of doing the same from club football in the next few years.
