Son Heung-min has given Tottenham Hotspur the lead against Arsenal with a wonderful curled effort from outside the box.

The South Korean has been in fine form this season and was once again assisted by Harry Kane, but it was all Son.

Kane popped the ball round the corner for Son who ran free on the left before cutting inside.

He then unleashed an absolute peach of a shot with his right foot which flew past Bernd Leno and into the net.

2000 fans are in the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for today's game and their first live goal in nearly nine months was a treat.

It's Son's 10th goal in 11 Premier League games and fans think he's become a world class player under Jose Mourinho.

Son then turned provider and assisted Kane to give Spurs a 2-0 lead at half time.

The combo of Son and Kane has helped fire Spurs into title contention this campaign.

"Year by year, the more you play with someone the more you get to know someone, [it's about] understanding your games a little bit better," Kane told Spurs' official website last month.

"We've had a great relationship over the years, but this season has clicked a little bit more and think [it's down to] probably both just being a bit more clinical in the final third whether it's the final pass or the final finish.

"When someone is on good form you just try and find them the ball and you end up scoring goals. It might be little deflections or going through the keeper's legs or things like that.

"We're riding that wave at the moment but it's not just me and Sonny, we've got a great team unit at the minute with great togetherness, and we're going to need that for the rest of the season if we want to keep staying as high up as we are in the table."
