Ferran Torres did his best Zlatan Ibrahimovic impression when he produced an outrageous acrobatic flick to put Manchester City 2-1 up against Newcastle.
The former Valencia man broke free in the box from an in-swinging Ilkay Gundogan free-kick and flicked it goalwards in wonderful fashion, displaying a quite sensational level of technique on the volley for his first of three goals at St James' Park this evening.
There was a VAR check with suspicions of offside but fortunately the goal stood and didn't rob Torres of a wondrous strike.

The Spaniard's goal, his 11th in all competitions in his debut season in English football, may well be in the goal of the season poll in a couple of weeks.
Torres completed a turnaround for City after Joao Cancelo's deflected strike cancelled out Emil Krafth's header to open the scoring.

City looked set to head into the break with a 2-1 lead but Newcastle were awarded a penalty on the stroke of half-time when Nathan Ake tripped Joelinton inside the area.
The Brazilian stepped up and smashed home past City debutant Scott Carson to make it 2-2.
