Marca spoke glowingly about Fati following his cameo appearance.

"He arrived in the 78th minute against Villarreal for Luis Suarez, who had disappointed and was whistled on his departure, and he showed more in 15 minutes on the pitch than Suarez, Antoine Griezmann and Lionel Messi had, combined, all night," they wrote.
