Nemanja Matic looks set to play his first match of the season tonight against Spurs - but the Manchester United midfielder looks set to start in central defence for the Red Devils.
United have struggled with their defensive options since the beginning of the campaign, with central defenders Victor Lindelof and Eric Bailly both having an absolutely torrid time against Brighton last weekend.

Chris Smalling was an unused sub during the 3-2 defeat on the south coast, whilst Phil Jones has been left in the stands.
