Everton have been left fuming after striker Moise Kean hosted a party at his house while in lockdown.

Images of the Italian at the party that he appears to have sent on a private Snapchat group begun to do the rounds - one of which contained the caption, "Quarantine clean".

According to the Daily Star, the party at Kean's Cheshire apartment went onto the early hours and videos that surfaced included several women engaging in "sexy acts" and lap dances.

The United Kingdom have been on strict lockdown rules for over a month now and Kean's actions have angered his employers.

An official statement read: "Everton Football Club was appalled to learn of an incident in which a first-team player ignored government guidance and club policy in relation to the coronavirus crisis.

"The club has strongly expressed its disappointment to the player and made it clear that such actions are completely unacceptable.

"Everton has regularly stressed the importance of following all the government guidelines - including rules and advice for inside and outside of the home - through a series of official communications to all staff members, including players.

"The amazing people in the NHS deserve the utmost respect for their hard work and sacrifice. The best way to show them respect is by doing everything we can to protect them."

The incident involving Kean follows on from Manchester City and England defender Kyle Walker 'hosting a sex party with escorts' and inviting two prostitutes to his flat.

His antics came after he recorded a video urging the public to stay indoors in these tough times.

Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish was forced to apologise for "stupidly" going against government guidelines and visiting a friend's house, while Jose Mourinho angered Spurs by hosting a training session for Davinson Sanchez, Tanguy Ndombele and Ryan Sessegnon at a park in North London.
