Ahead of the May 16th final, the Europa League trophy has been on a world-wide tour, parading City's across the globe including Leon, Mexico.
A roadshow event to promote UEFA's second tier European footballing competition.
And it was during the tour where the trophy was reportedly pinched from a van - apparently in a FedEx vehicle - in Mexico.

Shortly after the trophy was returned to UEFA.
The state prosecutor's office confirmed the Europa League trophy had been recovered by sharing a picture of the title in it's case, covered up in a special cloth.

Meanwhile, the semi-final first-legs go down next week.
Arsenal entertain Atletico Madrid, while Marseille take on Red Bull Salzburg.
