Red Bull Salzburg striker Erling Braut Haland marked his Champion League debut with a stunning first-half hat-trick against Genk in Group E this evening.
19-year old, son of former Manchester City and Leeds defender Alfie-Inge, went goal-crazy as the Austrian side smashed Genk 6-2.
Haland got off the mark inside two minutes and helped himself to a further two before half-time, securing his fourth hat-trick of the campaign and taking his tally to an incredible 17 goals in just nine games so far this season.
After Haland's trio of goals tonight, he is only the third teenager to net a hat-trick on his Champions League debut - following in the footsteps of Yakubu and Wayne Rooney.
Advert
The former Molde youngster is proving to be an absolute bagsman in front of goal. In last summer's Under 20 World Cup, where he finished as top scorer, Haland notched nine for Norway as they thrashed Honduras 12-0.
Haland joined Salzburg for just £4.5 million in 2018 and something tells us a whole lot of clubs will have sat up and taken notice of his sensational performance on the big stage tonight.
