DR Congo may have lost to Egypt in the Africa Cup of Nations group stage game last night but some of the players still had the urge to ask for a picture with Mo Salah.

Salah scored his first goal of the tournament in a 2-0 victory to make it two wins from two and secure passage to the round of 16.

Congo are pretty much out of the tournament but some of their players were able to get a snap with Salah, the man of the moment, after the game.

A clip of Salah obliging for a selfie has been doing the rounds on social media and it just shows how big a star the Liverpool forward has become.

Seven-time winners Egypt will now take on second-placed Uganda in their final group game on Sunday knowing all they need to top the group is a draw.

They will do so without midfielder Amr Warda after he was kicked out of the squad following allegations that he sexually harassed women on social media.

African Player of the Year Salah took to Twitter to send a message emphasising the need to respect women and ask for consent.
