Manchester City face a trip to the Croatian capital to play Dinamo Zagreb in their final Champions League group game as the Blues look to get back to winning ways following the derby defeat to Manchester United.

City have already topped the group with a game to spare after 1-1 draws with Atalanta and Shakhtar Donetsk and are expected to field a second-string side that includes a couple of youngsters.

It's probably not the game all eyes will be glued on tonight but here's how to watch all the action LIVE.

What TV channel is it on?

The match will be shown live on BT Sport 3 on Wednesday.
