"My diagnosis is Acute nose bone fracture and left orbital fracture. I feel okay now. Still disappointed about yesterday obviously but we will be back."

De Bruyne trudged off the pitch on the hour mark with the score 1-0 and it stayed that way - with Chelsea pipping Man City to the Champions League.

Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game as Thomas Tuchel secured a third victory over Pep Guardola this season.
