Kevin De Bruyne has confirmed that he broke his nose and suffered a orbital fracture in his sickening clash with Antonio Rudiger during the Champions League.
Manchester City star De Bruyne and Chelsea defender Rudiger collided which left the Belgium midfielder with a black eye.
De Bruyne has now just confirmed his diagnosis having returned from the local hospital.
He tweeted: "Hi guys just got back from the hospital.
"My diagnosis is Acute nose bone fracture and left orbital fracture. I feel okay now. Still disappointed about yesterday obviously but we will be back."

De Bruyne trudged off the pitch on the hour mark with the score 1-0 and it stayed that way - with Chelsea pipping Man City to the Champions League.
Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game as Thomas Tuchel secured a third victory over Pep Guardola this season.
