Darren Bent has staunchly argued that the likes of Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney and Thierry Henry were better strikers than Manchester City star Sergio Aguero.
Aguero has etched his names in the City history books as he lifted four Premier League titles, an FA Cup and five League Cups during a glittering 10 years at the Etihad.

Aguero, who has scored 257 times in 384 appearances for City, is regarded as one of the Premier League's best strikers alongside the likes of Henry and Rooney.
However, Bent feels that Aguero is not better than Didier Drogba, Ian Wright, Alan Shearer, Henry or Rooney.
The 37-year-old former Aston Villa striker told talkSPORT: "For me, Thierry is the best.

"I don't think, personally, Aguero is in the same bracket in terms of all-round play.
"I think there's a lot that Thierry could do that Aguero can't, but there's a limit to what Aguero can do that Thierry couldn't.
"You'd have to say Shearer. 260 goals is incredible. I think Rooney is up there. For being the actual best, there's so many different arguments.
"If you ask me who my personal favourite five are, it would be Thierry Henry, Didier Drogba, Wayne Rooney, Ian Wright, Alan Shearer."

Bent admitted that while Aguero wouldn't make his top five picks, he did say that the Argentina international has been "absolutely outstanding."
The former England international also believes that United hero Andy Cole doesn't earn enough credit, saying his goalscoring record was remarkable.
"Aguero wouldn't make my personal top five. He's absolutely outstanding but there's been so many greats," Bent continued.

"Someone who doesn't even get a mention is Andy Cole -- he scored one penalty and has got 187 Premier League goals. That's frightening in itself."
