A dad won £10,000 after putting the last 63p in his account on an incredible accumulator.

@AdamOsbourne_3 took to Twitter to explain that his old man was about to close his account with Sky Bet but decided to put on one last speculative bet before he did.

63p went on a 20-fold with ridiculous odds of 25505.74/1. The accumulator included games from all across the world, including England, Scotland, Netherlands, Uruguay, Austria, Turkey, Denmark, Spain and Croatia.

Remarkably, he correctly predicted the full-time result of all 20 fixtures and raked in exactly £10,608.16.

His son Adam shared a video of his reaction the betting coming and the celebration was one of complete euphoria. The slip, and subsequent video, have gone viral on Twitter.

Elsewhere, a punter wasn't so lucky after losing out on an astonishing £90,000 return from an accumulator after VAR ruled out Edinson Cavani's opener for Manchester United against Spurs.

Twitter user JJ posted a £5 bet on the correct scorelines for three Premier League matches on Sunday.

The punter correctly predicted Newcastle would beat Burnley 2-1 at Turf Moor and West Ham would secure a 3-2 win over Leicester City at the London Stadium.

Newcastle vs Burnley ending 2-1 was at 12/1 odds and West Ham vs Leicester finishing 3-2 was 33/1 odds.

But JJ's final bet was United would beat Spurs 4-1, which came in at 40/1 odds. The Red Devils came from behind to win 3-1 in the game, meaning that disallowed goal for Scott McTominay's 'foul' on Heung-Min Son proved costly.

JJ's return from the £5 stake would have been a staggering £90,610 if all three of the bets would have come in.
