Conte has reportedly 'revolutionised' the club's nutrition plans in a bid to increase their fitness levels for the 2021/22 season.
That's according to a revealing report from the Athletic who claim the Italian manager thinks some of his players are carrying extra weight.
What's more, he has BANNED tomato ketchup and mayonnaise from the Spurs canteen as he wants the squad to eat more healthily.
Better overall fitness levels will help his players keep up with his demanding training sessions and his intense style of play on the pitch, per the report.
The former Premier League-winning manager has been in charge for two games since replacing Nuno Espirito Santo.
He won his first game against Vitesse in the Europa Conference League before drawing at Everton last weekend.
The 52-year-old insisted there was no reason to be disappointed after his side's draw at Goodison Park.
"I have to be happy for different reasons," he said. "The first that Goodison Park is not an easy place to come to play against Everton especially when you had a week very intensive, I am talking emotionally.
"For sure we can improve and we have a lot of space for improvement.
"In different situations, tactically, physically but also the mentality. I've seen the heart of my players; the passion, the will to fight, to sacrifice, to understand that there was a moment that was very, very difficult.
"To see this type of reaction make me more confident for the future.
"Sometimes you can teach the tactical arts and physical arts better but the heart, the passion, the will, the intensity, you have or not.
"My players are showing me we are in a good position and it is a good point to start from."
Once the international break is over, Conte's Spurs resume their league campaign at home to Leeds United.
