Compilation Shows Lionel Messi Is The 'Picasso Of Lobbed Passes'

Lionel Messi is the best dribbler and finisher ever to play football but he's also easily the best playmaker.

And this compilation only provides more evidence that the six-time Ballon d'Or winner is in a league of his own in all aspects.

Over on YouTube, 'Wouva' has blessed our timeline with a compilation of Messi creating clear-cut chances for his teammates with some of the most ridiculous passes you've ever laid eyes on.

It's just 2 minutes 20 seconds of the Argentine artist making it look unbelievably easy, as he delicately threads the ball through with the perfect weight.

A good portion result in goals but it's a great shame that Messi doesn't have more assists to show his efforts given some of the slack finishing on display.

Frankly, Messi sees things that other players just do not see and he must be a complete and utter dream to play alongside due to his sheer quality of delivery.

In his most recent game against Real Betis, Messi produced a hat-trick of assists in a 3-2 win for the Blaugrana.

The 32-year old conjured up a trademark lobbed pass for Frenkie De Jong, before setting up Sergio Busquets and Clement Lenglet.

It was the third time in his career that Messi has assisted three goals in the same game, following on from his masterclasses against Levante, Paraguay and Getafe.

Messi has recorded an insane 288 assists for club and country to go along with his 689 career goals in his illustrious career - and to think there's people who don't think he's the greatest player ever to play football.
