Online retailer Zavvi have had an absolute nightmare, having told their entire mailing list that they have won two VIP tickets to the Champions League final at Wanda Metropolitano.
Linking up with Mastercard, an official sponsor of the Champions League, the prize package was for two people to go to the final, stay in a 4* hotel, with flights, travel insurance and a £250 prepaid card all part of the bundle.
However, someone within the company has dropped a right bollock and thousands of people received an email telling them they were the lucky winners.

It's led to some very angry fans on social media after they found out it was all a big mistake on Zavvi's part:
The firm have apologised for what they described as "technical issues" and say they are looking into the matter - but they won't go far with those who thought they had won the trip of a lifetime.
