Paul Clement takes no prisoners.

Clement, who's now Reading manager, held fort at Derby County between 2015-2016, and had striker Darren Bent on his books.

But he only chipped in with two goals during that season.

And last night, Bent delivered an intriguing verdict on his former boss.

"It was inevitable he was going to crumble (at Derby). Training had changed and his philosophy from pre-season had gone out the window because we weren't getting the right results. And ultimately he didn't really like confrontation," he said.

No holding back.

Clement has swiftly replied, brutally trolling Bent.

He caught wind of his comments and posted a savage Tweet in reply to his quotes.

"I sense some bitterness here, which is normal if a player does not play much. It is never a difficult decision to leave out a player who is over weight and lazy."

Wow.
