Chelsea's Fine List Under Frank Lampard Shows How Serious Of A Manager He Is

Chelsea's fining system under new boss Frank Lampard has been revealed and they are extremely expensive.

Many of Chelsea's young players have been flourishing under Lampard, including the likes of Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, Reece James and Fikayo Tomori.

Now a list of their fine system has been released and it could show why their players are so disciplined under their relatively inexperienced manager.

A variety of internal rules are also listed for the players to follow while playing for 'The Blues'.

Fines will be dished out if body composition targets aren't met, showing former England man Lampard wants his players to be in peak condition.

Agents are also to be kept from the training ground unless it has been allowed by Lampard.

It's clear to see that the 41-year-old has his philosophy and mindset ingrained in the club already which shows on the pitch.
