Chelsea's fining system under manager Frank Lampard has been revealed and they are extremely expensive.

Many of Chelsea's young players have been flourishing under Lampard, including the likes of Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount and Reece James.

And a list of their fine system has been released and it could show why their players are so disciplined under their relatively inexperienced boss.

Some of the fines range from £1,000 for being late to the gym and taking or making a phone call during a team meal.

One that catches the eye is £500 for every minute that a Chelsea player is late to a team meeting.

The most expensive fine on the list is a huge £20,000 fine for players who are late for training.

Others on the list include failing to turn up to community events as well as not travelling back on the team bus which are both £5000 respectively.

The fines are also doubled if Chelsea's players fail to pay the original sum within 14 days.

A variety of internal rules are also listed for the players to follow while playing for 'The Blues'.

Fines will be dished out if body composition targets aren't met, showing former England man Lampard wants his players to be in peak condition.

Agents are also to be kept from the training ground unless it has been allowed by Lampard.

It's clear to see that the 41-year-old has his philosophy and mindset ingrained in the club already which shows on the pitch.
