Chelsea's only chance of Champions League football next season is winning the competition this season. Failure to do so might see some of their big names decide to move on but the club are desperate to keep hold of Willian.
Eden Hazard has spent all season playing like a player who no longer wants to be at Stamford Bridge and isn't even playing well enough to earn a move away from the club. Diego Costa is another who could be targeted by Champions League clubs, especially his former side Atletico Madrid.
With Willian being the side's standout player this season the club are determined to keep hold of him and with two and a half years left on his current deal are set to offer him a four year extension worth £120,000-a-week up from his current £80,000-a-week.
PSG, Juventus and Bayern Munich have all showed interest in the Brazilian previously and it would be no surprise to see big clubs linked with him again if he wasn't to sign a new contract considering how good he's been this season in a poor Chelsea side.
Like a lot of Chelsea's players it's believed Willian may wait to see who the new manager is before he makes any decisions on his future.
