Chelsea are said to be monitoring the situation of Steaua Bucharest's 19-year old starlet Florinel Coman.
The Romanian is a product of the famed Gheorghe Hagi academy and was handed his first-team debut for the footballing legend at Viitorul Constanța'.

He only signed for Steaua, the most successful team in Romania, in the summer window, with the transfer fee set at a reported €2 million plus €500,000 in add-ons, and the red and blues pipping Portuguese giants Benfica to his signature.

But the highly-rated winger is very much a man in demand and according to the Daily Mail, Chelsea are keen.
As per the report, the Blues' technical director Michael Emenalo was in Bucharest last week to see Coman in action as Steaua ran out 1-0 winners over city rivals Dinamo.
Predominantly a left-winger, Coman is seen as a hugely promising talent - so much to that immediately after signing him, Steaua inserted a €100 million (£88 million) release clause in his contract and should any club pay that fee to land him, it would eclipse the Romanian record transfer fee by some margin.

A Romanian Under 21 international, Coman has featured six times for Steaua this season and has drawn comparisons with PSG's 18-year old sensation Kylian Mbappe.
