Kane has been the subject of intense transfer speculation, with stunning reports linking him with a move to Manchester City this summer.
He failed to report for Spurs training, with Chelsea supporters savagely aiming a dig at him during Wednesday's pre-season friendly at Stamford Bridge.
Fans sang; "Where the f**k is Harry Kane?" and poked fun at the club's lack of silverware, chanting; "Champions of Europe, you'll never sing that!"

Kane continues to dominate the transfer rumour mill and speaking after his side's 2-2 draw with the Blues, Spurs boss Nuno Espírito Santo said he has yet to speak to the wantaway striker.
He said: "I really expect to speak with Harry. I haven't had the chance yet.
"We should discuss it internally, try to avoid any public argument or discussion about it."
When asked where Kane was, the Portuguese replied: "I will not speak with you about that.
"Anything in relation to Harry is internal. First of all we need to sort the problems ourselves."
Spurs have yet to make a major signing this summer amid talks of Kane leaving the club.
Chelsea, on the other hand, are lining up a move for Romelu Lukaku - with a transfer reportedly in the works.
