BT Sport are to launch their own version of Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday, with ITV Football and BBC 5 Live's Mark Pougatch presenting the show.

Soccer Saturday has been an enjoyable watch for football fans up and down the country for a number of years now, perfectly capturing the drama as goals go in and chaos erupts in the Premier League and beyond.

Jeff Stelling and his team have kept viewers entertained with their analysis and reactions to Saturday's football action, after all its the reason we get to see Chris Kamara's gaffes live on air.

In a bold attempt, BT will look to rival Sky with a studio-based programme airing a 2:30pm on a Saturday. Football stat man Dave Todd is expected to be involved.

But if BT Sport are to seriously compete with Sky Sports to begin with, they've got a long way to go.

Will you be watching BT Sport's new programme or will you be a loyal viewer for Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday? Let us know in the comments.
