The stereotype is that in Britain we can be a bit prudish and we don't much like talking about sex. As most of us living here know that's far from the truth these days. However sex still isn't the most exciting men in Britain do every week.
As well as having tea and crumpets with the Queen every week chaps on these fair isles are well known for our love of football and according to a study done by Loughborough University and car manufacturer Nissan 56% of us say watching the 'footy' is the moment we get excited every week.
Sex is only getting 48% of us excited on a week-to-week or month-to-month basis suggesting there's a lot of us enjoying ourselves with no partner. Sex is even behind going out with our families for the day in terms of excitement, 51% of us are excited by that.
Apparently we're spending 3.5 hours a week watching football and only 2.1 hours a week having sex. Okay hands up which of you is having 4.2 hours of sex?!

30% of us also think that our football team is the most exciting thing in our lives. We won't judge you for answering this either way but we'd like to bet that a good number of that 70% support Aston Villa and Manchester United.
