19-year old Sandro Tonali opened his Serie A account in stunning fashion with a sublime 30-yard free-kick against Genoa last night.

Tonali his first-team debut as a 17-year old in 2017 and went on to help Brescia achieve promotion to Serie A last term. And he's looked completely in the top tier of Italian top flight, as this stunning set-piece shows.

Out on the left in what looked more like a crossing situation, Tonali displayed some serious technique to bend the ball into the top bins, completing catching out goalkeeper Andrei Radu with a goal of the season contender.

Unfortunately for Tonali, his first Serie A goal didn't bring Brescia victory as Genoa scored three goals in 15 second half minutes to give ne boss Thiago Motta a winning start.

Tonali has been making some serious waves. Roberto Mancini gave him his Italy debut against Liechtenstein earlier this month and he's already attracting interest from a whole host of European clubs.

He has a contract until at least 2021 as the club have an option to extend his deal, but Brescia owner Massimo Cellino says it would take a world-record bid to take him away.

"For me he is worth €300m (£259m), which means I don't want to sell," Cellino told Gazzetta dello Sport.

"I have a dream. If Sandro accepts, I am ready to make a big financial sacrifice to extend his contract. It's up to him to decide. He can stay here and enjoy his football, or go to a big club and risk being left on the bench.

"All the big Italian clubs [have been in contact]. Abroad there's Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City, but in my view, he'd be better off remaining as a protagonist with Brescia."

Like Andrea Pirlo, Tonali hails from Lombardi, Italy and has drawn comparisons with the Azzurri legend thanks to his style of play, appearance and the fact he plays for Brescia - the club where the 40-year old started out.
