BREAKING: Manchester City Target Flies In To Complete Deal

Manchester City are moving incredibly swiftly with their summer dealings.

Last week, it was announced that Jesus Navas, Gael Clichy, Willy Caballero and Bacary Sagna were all leaving the club following the expiration of their contracts, and them not being offered new deals.

City then completed their first signing of the summer, with a £43 million deal for Monaco's Bernardo Silva rapidly wrapped up and announced by the club on Friday.

And the links to Benfica goalkeeper Ederson and another Monaco player in the form of left-back Benjamin Mendy, really began to ramp up - with talk that that a new signing could be announced on Monday.

It does appear as though Mendy is the next man, and second Monaco player in a matter of days, to be confirmed as a City player.

Reports emerged that he has now travelled to Manchester on a private jet to complete his move.

The Frenchman posted an image of him on a plane on his Instagram story, which fueled speculation that he was on a flight to Manchester.
